Founder & CEO
Jon Parker is a real estate professional with a track record spanning luxury custom homes, multifamily projects, retail centers, and large development work across multiple markets nationwide. He has overseen hundreds of projects, managed complex construction teams, and advised on acquisitions, budgeting, and large-scale planning, giving him a deep understanding of how to control costs, timelines, and execution.As an owner’s representative, Jon blends construction knowledge with financial expertise shaped by his background in Private Equity. He helps clients evaluate risks, understand true project costs, and prioritize long term value.At Parker Luxury Homes, Jon leads with a hands on, client focused approach that delivers structure, transparency, and an elevated custom homebuilding experience.

Vice President
At Parker Luxury Homes, Tom provides a blend of process development, staff leadership, and dedication. Tom's career includes opportunities at the global corporate, military, and private organizations. In doing so he's developed a reputation for excellence in Business Process Management and Staff Development.
Now serving as Vice President of Operations, Tom has extended his experience into the luxury residential market of Tampa, FL. Here, he continues delivering the same level of discipline, efficiency, and excellence that has defined his professional journey.
