In doing so he's developed a reputation for excellence in Business Process Management and Staff Development. 

Now serving as Vice President of Operations, Tom has extended his experience into the luxury residential market of Tampa, FL. Here, he continues delivering the same level of discipline, efficiency, and excellence that has defined his professional journey. 

With over a decade of experience in the home renovation and construction industry, Rose serves as a dedicated Business Administrator committed to operational excellence and elevated client service. Her strong background in administrative management and construction enables her to expertly oversee daily business functions, coordinate projects, and support the smooth execution of every phase of the client experience. Rose ensures that each interaction reflects Parker Luxury Homes’ unwavering commitment to precision, professionalism, and exceptional quality.
