Yes, we guide you through key choices like fixtures, finishes, and materials to ensure your selections align with your aesthetic, budget, and timeline.

We coordinate with your builder, architect, interior designer, engineers, and any other vendors involved. You don’t have to chase updates or decode industry jargon, we keep you informed and everything aligned.

We track expenses, review contractor bids and change orders, and flag unnecessary costs. Our goal is to make sure your money is spent wisely, not reactively.

If there’s a delay, mistake, or disagreement, we step in. We manage conflict resolution, advocate for fair solutions, and ensure accountability, always with your priorities in mind.
